why we exist
As a mother of two Deaf and Hard of Hearing daughters, I witnessed their daily struggles with communication barriers that kept them from participating fully in school, work, and social activities. Despite their intelligence and potential, they were often left out or misunderstood because the tools to help them weren’t accessible or easy to use. Seeing my daughters’ tears and hearing their frustrations pushed me to create something that would make a difference. That’s how TransLinq was born: a real-time translation and interpretation solution that not only connects people but fosters inclusivity and empowers individuals to engage in all aspects of life.
